Now your style-conscious cats can choose one of 200 knitted designs to match any occasion from birthday party to witches hats, designed by American artist Meredith Yarborough.
She was inspired by knitted hats for children, she decided that there was no reason why her feline friends should have the same sartorial choices as humans. Meredith explained that it took some time to overcome the natural difficulty of getting cats to do as they are told.
‘In the beginning, my cats were somewhat hesitant to wear any article of clothing, but with patience and repetition, they have come to accept it as the normal routine.’
