The strange ritual of jumping over a group of oblivious babies clustered together on a mattress is carried out as part of a religions ceremony in northern spain, designed to save their souls.
A man in a bright yellow outfit jumps over the babies who represents the devil himself. The “Skip & Jump” represents the devil has skip the babies and has gone, now babies are safe from sins.
After the devil has performed his jump, young girls throw rose petals on the babies.
